The Challenge

Get moving every day of November

A number of studies have shown that regular exercise can reduce the risk of cardiac arrest. In our busy lives it can be hard to find the time to exercise but it's important to remember that being busy doesn’t mean we're being active!

To help make healthy lifestyle changes, we're challenging you to find at least 10 minutes each day in November to exercise and increase your heart rate. You don't need to run a marathon, just get your heart rate up, maybe by taking a walk around the block, washing the car or going for a swim.

Sign up to our challenge and have your friends and family sponsor you and raise funds for a life-saving AED, publically available 24/7 in your suburb.  All donations of $2 and over are fully tax deductible.

Remember, if you've been inactive for a while, you or a close relative has heart disease or other major health problems, you should check with your doctor before following any exercise program.
